Top performances turned in by Paw Paw fleet

   ST. JOSEPH - Paw Paw track athletes turned in some very good performances at the St. Joseph-Benton Harbor Track Meet last Friday evening, with several finishing among the top five in a large field of talented track programs. 
   In the girls events, Hannah Richmond won the 3200 meter run, and took third in the 1600 meter.  Mackenzie Miller finished second in the 200 meter, and fourth in the 100 meter.  Mackenzie Miller joined Paige Miller, Annalisa Maichele, and Laila Bradley in a third place finish in the 4x100 relay, and the same group took fifth in the 4x200 run. The 4x400 relay squad comprised of Kylie Chai, Peniel Daspan, Anna Maichele, and MaKayla Weedon also finished well at fourth place.
   Josh Van Roekel led the boys team winning the 110 hurdles, and claiming fifth in the 300 hurdles. Jonah Maichele came in runner-up in the 1600 meter run, Andrew Vorce took third in the discus, Connor Hindenach fifth in the discus, and second in the shot put.  Also the 4x100 meter relay team comprised of Kolby Hindenach, Aaron Hayes, Kayden McClish, and Luke Muvrin finished number five.
